The town of Covenant is imperiled: sin, heresy, and looming death dwells openly among the people. It is up to the “Dogs,” the defenders of the faith, to save them. They’re in your hands.
Covenant is set in a Puritan New England that never was, a mythologized version along the lines of Dogs in the Vineyard‘s “West that never was.” The PCs are the judge and jury for the Chosen, seeing that the Creator’s will is done. You punish the wicked, show mercy to the weak, and/or save the innocent.
In this game we will first develop your characters together, from their discovery of their sacred mission to their graduation from the Central Temple. Now your characters ride together from town to town, rescuing the people from temptation and sin. Our game will center on the occurrence of heresy and demonic possession in the town of Covenant; who is responsible, and what will you do to protect the good people of Covenant and the Faith of the Creator?Tags: Collaborative, Dark, Drama, Emotional, Intrigue, Play to find out, Player antagonism, Potentially triggering*, Provocative, Serious Judgment!
