Framed by the history of Middle Eastern dance as it spread across the world, learn basic poses and movements to celebrate your body, strengthen your core and support your spine and hips. Focus on body comfort, flexibility, centeredness, and fun. Wear clothing that lets you move comfortably and makes you feel strong and beautiful.
